烟台地区青少年膝、踝部长骨干骺融合的研究

摘　　要：目的：了解烟台地区汉族青少年膝部及踝部长骨发育情况,为沿海地区青少年骨龄评价标准提供可靠数据.方法：随机选择烟台地区10～25岁健康汉族青少年1668人,其中男815人,女853人,拍摄膝部及踝部正位片,观察其干骺融合情况,计算长骨干骺融合时间,发育指标进行相关分析.结果：膝部及踝部长骨干骺融合时间顺序为：腓骨远程、胫骨远程、腓骨近端、股骨远程、胫骨近端,踝部长骨融合明显早于膝部长骨融合.干骺融合时间男明显晚于女.腓骨远程及胫骨近端干骺融合时间与青少年身高、体重及下肢长呈正相关.结论：烟台地区汉族青少年的骨发育有加速的趋势,可为人类学、法医学和临床医学等提供依据.Objective：To assesses the growth of the knee and ankle long bone of adolescents in Yantai area,and provide new data for the new standards of skeletal age of adolescent. Methods：Totally 1668 healthy adolescents（815 males and 853 females） at 10 to 25 years of age living in Yantai area were randomly selected, and Radiogram of knee ankle were obtained with radiography to observe the fusion of long bone and calculate years of age living in Yantai area were randomly selected,and Radiogram of knee ankle were obtained with radiography to observe the fusion of long bone and calculatethe fusion age,and to analyze the correlation of long bone epiphysis - diaphysis fusion rate and the information of development. Results： The sequence of epiphysis - diaphysis fusion in knee and ankle long bone is as follow： the inferior end of fibula, the inferior end of tibia, the superior end of fibula（the inferior end of femur） ,the superior end of tibia and these in ankle long bone are shorter than in knee and those in female are shorter than male. The epiphysis - diaphysis fusion rates are significant correlated with weight and the length of low extremities. Conclusion：The skeletal development of adolescent in Yantai area has the characteristic of acceleration and we can accumulate new data for the research of anthropology,elinieal and forensie medieine.
