摘　　要：目的：探讨早期乳腺癌患者保乳根治术加化疗治疗的护理观察。方法：采用保乳根治术52例、改良根治术50例,进行回顾性分析,针对术后患者不适及并发症进行对比观察。结果：术后患者疼痛、胸部不适等在保乳根治术组发生率低（P〈0.05）,差异有显著性;术后患者抑郁、上肢肿胀两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;术后患者伤口延期愈合、伤口皮瓣坏死、对乳房保持美观满意率,两组比较差异有明显显著意义（P〈0.001）;两组化疗后不良反应无显著性差异。结论：保乳根治术加化疗,是治疗早期乳腺癌的理想治疗方法。Objective： To observe the nursing of breast - conservation radical operation in early breast cancer patients. Methods： The retrospective analysis was performed for 102 early breast cancer patients ,52 patients were treated with breast - conservation radical operation and 50 patients were treated with modified radical operation. The complications between two groups were compared and observed after operation. Results： The incidence of pain and thoracic discomfort in breast - conservation radical group was lower than that in modified radical group （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the incidence of postoperative depression and upper limb edema in two groups was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the difference in the incidence of wound healing delayed and wound flap necrosis, keeping breast beauty in two groups was very significant（P 〈 0. 01 ） ;the incidence of adverse reaction in two groups was no significant difference after chemotherapy. Condusion： The breast - conservation radical operation combined with chemotherapy is an ideal therapeutic method for early breast cancer.
