五年制高职生抑郁、焦虑心理状况的调查分析与对策

摘  要:目的:了解高职院校学生抑郁、焦虑心理状况、指导学生的心理卫生教育和健康保健。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS),对517名在校生随机抽样进行问卷调查。结果:一二年级在校高职生SCL-90总分≥70分者明显偏高,一年级学生的抑郁、焦虑心理明显高于二年级,经统计学u检验,有显著性差异(P〈0.01);男女之间统计学u检验,无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:高职院校学生的抑郁、焦虑心理状况应引起学校、家长和社会的高度重视,应加强在校学生心理健康教育。Objective:know the depressed and anxious mentality of professional students,and guide students mental hygiene education and healthy care. Methods:carry out a questionnaire on 517 students who are in school life and are sampled at random by adopting SDS and SAS. Results:the professional students who are in school life of grade one and two,and whose sc1-90 total point≥70 point are obviously partial to height, the depressed and anxious mentality of students of grade one is obviously higher than that of grade two,and through checking by statistics U,they have notable different ces(P 〈0. 01 ) ;Through checking by statistics U between male and female,they have no notable differences. Conclusion: Professional students' depressed and anxious mentality should arouse great attention from school, parents and society; and mental health education of students who are in school life should be reinforced.
