虫草及北虫草对大鼠肝线粒体功能的影响

摘　　要：人工培养的北虫草提取液可以抑制Fe2+和维生素C产生的自由基反应所导致的大鼠肝线粒体肿胀（体外），其浓度在0．05～0.42mg／ml呈量效关系。虫草和北虫草可以防止丙二醛诱导的呼吸控制率下降。但北虫草的作用更明显，浓度在1．0mg／ml时，P＜0．05。The artificial cultured cordyceps militaris can restrain rat liver mitochondria swell (in uitro),which is caused by the radical ion reaction, resulting fro Fe2+ and vitamin C, while its concentration is 0. 05~ 0. 42 mg/ml, showing quantive and efficient relation. The extracted liquid does not influence the normal breath of the mitochondria, but Cordyceps Militaris and Cordyceps Sinensis can prevent the respiration control induced by malondialdehyde from falling down, Cordyceps Militais 1. 0 mg/ml, P<0.05.
