双管置换疗法治疗急性脑室出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨急性脑室出血的有效治疗方法。方法：采用脑血肿穿刺引流或单侧侧脑室穿刺引流（对照组29例）和双侧侧脑室置管引流或侧脑室及脑血肿穿刺引流结合腰椎穿刺脑脊液置换（治疗组31例）等方法，对60例急性脑室出血的患者进行治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为74．2％，优于对照组总有效率44．8％，（P〈0．05），并且其血肿清除时间（6d）也明显短于对照组（8d）。结论：双管置换疗法是一种安全、有效的治疗急性脑室出血的方法。Objective：To investigate the operative methods of treat ivtraventrieular hemorrhange. Methods：The 60 cases acute ivtraventricular hemorrhange patients were ueated with medical methods plus monolateratcerebral biood tumor puncture drainage or monolateral telocoele puncture drainage（ control group 29eases）, and medical method plus bilateral telocoele dituble displacement drainage or telocoele and cerebral blood tumor puncture drainage combining lumber spine puncture cerebrospinal fluid （csf）therapeutic method of exchange （treatment group 31 cases ）etc, Re- suits：The total effective rate of the treatment group is 74. 2% ,superior to the total effective rate 44. 8% of the control group（P 〈0.05）. And the pelated time of blood tum or of the treatment group（6d）is significantly shorter than that of the confrol group（8d）. Conclusion：The ditube thera- peutic method of exchange can be safe and effective method for acute ivtraventricular hemorrhange.
