摘　　要：高校构建和谐校园不仅是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分,而且对建设和谐社会具有示范和推动作用。辅导员作为高校思想政治工作的一支骨干队伍,在构建和谐校园的过程中将发挥十分重要的作用。Constructing harmonious campus is not only the important compounding part but also a demonstrating and promoting function to construct harmonious society.As a backbone troop of higher college ideological and political work,instructors can play very important role in the process of constructing harmonious campus.
