摘　　要：目的探讨脱嘌呤/嘧啶核酸内切酶APE1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达特点及其与术后治疗及患者生存的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测103例非小细胞肺癌组织中APE1的表达,按染色强度将其分为低表达组和高表达组,并分析APE1的表达与术后治疗的生存关系。结果正常肺组织及肺癌组织均有APE1表达,但正常肺组织以胞核表达为主,肺癌组织主要在胞浆表达;APE1高表达组无疾病进展期为(16.6±8.3)个月,而APE1低表达组无疾病进展期为(37.6±11.4)个月(P<0.05)。APE1高表达组的2年和3年及5年生存率亦显著低于APE1低表达组。结论APE1基因表达增强可能是导致非小细胞肺癌患者放化疗效果差、预后不良的重要因素。Objective To investigate the expression of APE1 protein and its correlation with radiochemotherapy and survival period in patients with non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） after resection. Methods Expression of APE1 proteins was detected by immunohistochemistry in 103 cases of human NSCLC tissues. Clinical pathological characteristics were compared between two groups,and disease free time of patients and the survival time were respectively recorded and analysed. Results APE1 was ex pressed positively in all non-small cell lung carcinomas and normal lung tissue. The APE1 expression of normal lung tissue,mainly located in the nucleus,while APE1 expression of non-small cell lung carcinomas tissue, mainly located in cytoplasm. The disease free time was much longer in group with low APE1 expression than the group with high APE1 expression（37. 6±11.4 months vs 16.6 ± 8.3 months）. Also, it was found that 2 year, 3-year, 5-year survival rate were significantly lower in patients with APE1 high expression than those with low-expression（P（0.05）. Conclusion Overexpression of APE1 protein may be an important factor to determine the effectiveness of radioehemotherapy and prognosis of patients with NSCLC after resection.
