摘 要:针对战略变革成功率不高的问题,提出了价值观与战略变革配合度(MVS)的概念,认为价值观与战略变革匹配度低是变革失败的主要原因,并分别对影响价值观与战略变革配合度的主要因素——变革必要性认同度、变革要求认同度、变革后分配体系的认同度进行了阐述,最后,针对某企业的战略变革,做了实证研究。The concept of the matching degree between values and strategy change(MVS) was put porward for the low success rate of the enterprise strategy change. It suggested that the low matching degree between values and strategy change was the main factor of failure of change. The main factors influencing the matching degree between values and strategy change, that is approbatory degree to the necessary of strategy change, approbatory degree to the change request and aprobatory degree to the reward system after the change, were expounded separately. A demonstration study onthe strategy change in an enterprise was carried out.
