摘　　要：目的针对抗菌肽protegrin的开发现状、作用机制及研究方法等方面的文献进行了检索及总结,希望有助于同行在现有工作的基础上开发新型的抗菌肽。方法对国内外最新发表的抗菌肽protegrin的相关研究结果进行分析、整理和综合。结果抗菌肽protegrin是目前国际上研究比较深入的抗菌肽之一,而国内还没有相关的开发报道。结论抗菌肽protegrin是一种非常有应用价值和开发前途的新型抗菌物质。　OBJECTIVE Defending the infection of microbe was still one hard work for human being just because of the expanding of drug-resistant microbe.As one of the most potential methods to cure infection,anti-bacteria peptides were developed and studied well.All the research paper on finding,development and function mechanism of protegrin was collected and summarized in this paper,suggesting some ideas to develop novel medicines.METHODS To collect and summarize development and activity mechanism of protegrin from the latest newly published articles. RESULTS protegrin was one of potential anti-bacteria peptides whose function mechanism was studied well and otherwise no research was reported in civil.CONCLUSION protegrin is one of new potential antibacterial peptides and has grand prospect.
