摘　　要：目的：提高肾错构瘤（renal angiomyolipoma，RAML）的诊治水平。方法：对我院1989～2006年以来收治的21例肾错构瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并复习相关文献。结果：B超检查20例，CT检查17例，MRI检查3例，21例中20例术前明确诊断；16例患者行手术治疗，8例行肿瘤剜除术，4例行肾部分切除术，4例行肾切除术，术后患者恢复良好，未见肿瘤复发。5例行保守治疗。结论：肾错构瘤经B超、CT、MRI等检查多可明确诊断。治疗方案应依据肿瘤大小、并发症及对肾功能的影响程度来决定，手术应尽可能保留正常肾组织。Objective： To enhance the diagnosis and treatment level of renal angiomyolipoma （RAML）. Methods： Clinical data of 21 cases of patients with RAML were reviewed retrospectively from 1989 to 2006, and studied documents related, Results： 20 cases were diagnosed definitely by Ultrasound, 17 by CT scan and 3 by MRI, Among them 20 cases were diagnosed definitely before operation; 16 patients accepted operation, in which 8 cases received enucleation of the tumor, 4 cases received partial nephrectomy, 4 cases received nephrectomy. All patients treated with operation recovered smoothly. 5 cases were treated conservatively. Conclusion： The majority of angiomyolipoma could be diagnosed definitely by Ultrasound, CT scan and MRI. Treatment should depend on size of the tumor, complication, and its effection on function of renal. The operative management should preserve the functional enthrones as many as possible.
