摘  要:合成了一种含硼苯并噻唑啉硫酬衍生物2-硫代-N-甲氧基苯并噻唑啉酮-N,N-二乙氧基胺硼酸酯(BTLB)。利用四球摩擦磨损试验机对添加剂BTLB在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能进行了评价。结果表明,BTLB在较低添加量(1.0%~1.5%)条件下,能大幅度提高基础油的极压、抗磨和减摩性能,是一种性能优良的多功能润滑油添加剂。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析钢球表面磨斑形貌的结果显示,经含添加剂体系润滑过的钢球磨斑表面平整、光滑,犁沟浅,进一步说明BTLB具有较好的抗磨性能。A benzothiazolinethione derivative containing boron-N-methoxyl-2-benzothiazolineth-ione-N,N-diox-ethylamine borate(BTLB)was synthesized. The tribological performance of BTLB in rapeseed oil was evaluated by four-ball tester. The results showed that BTLB used as lube additive even at a low dosage range of 1. 0%~1. 5% could improve the antiwear, friction reduction and extreme pressure properties of the base oil significantly. The morphologies of the worn surface of the tested steel balls were investigated by SEM technique. Results showed that as compared with the base case, the worn surface lubricated with BTLB was much uniform and smooth with shallow furrows,which indicated that BTLB possessed good anti-wear function.
