摘　　要：以建构主义、语言输入和输出假说、跨文化交际等理论为指导，综合运用各种媒体技术和网络所提供的强大能力设计出内容丰富、互动性强、结构科学、界面美观的大学英语网络多媒体课件。实践证明，该课件的应用不但能够极大地调动学生学习英语的兴趣与积极性，同时也有利于促进教学内容、教学方法、教学组织方式的转变以及教学质量的提高，且对推动我国高校大学英语网络教学、构建新的教学模式有一定的借鉴作用。Based on constructivism, language input and output hypothesis, intercultural communication theory, by making good use of various multi-media technologies and net skills, the author designed College English Network Courseware which has rich content, interaction, scientific structure and attractive interface. It has been proved that the application of this courseware can not only increase learners＇ interest and motivation, but also promote the change of teaching contents, methods and organizing modes so as to improve the quality of language teaching. It can be used for reference to push forward the online College English teaching and construct a new teaching mode in our country.
