我国实施工业反哺农业的制约因素探析

摘　　要：我国工业反哺农业的政策是解决"三农"问题的重大战略举措,对农业的现代化起到了巨大而积极的影响。目前,我国实施反哺农业还存在诸多制约因素,工农业发展现状制约着反哺农业的实际效率,反哺农业的组织体系和监督机制也不够完善。只有认真分析这些制约因素,才能找出切实可行的反哺农业的具体措施。The policy of industry＇s reverse-fostering to agriculture is a significant strategic meature in our country to solve the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers. The policy will have a huge and positive influence on promoting Chinese agricultural modernization process. At present, putting the policy of industry＇s reverse-fostering to agriculture into practice faces many restrictions, the actual efficiency of industry＇s reverse-fostering to agriculture restricted by the development condition of industry and agriculture, the organizational system and surveillance mechanism of industry＇s reverse-fostering to agriculture is not perfect. Only by analyzing these restrictions diligently, can we discover feasible countermeasure and powerfully promote the implementation of industry＇s reverse-fostering to agriculture in our country.
