摘  要:针对汽车冲压件成形的复杂性,以及在冲压生产过程中易产生的各种质量问题,应用LS-DYNA软件,以汽车冲压件后地板前角封板为研究对象,建立了有限元模型,模拟了该零件的成形过程,最终得出了成形极限图(FLD)和厚度图,成形极限图是判断和评定板料成形性能最为简单和直观的方法,厚度图反映了冲压件在成形后板料厚度的变化,通过这些图的分析,预测了板料的起皱和破裂,为模具设计和生产提供了理论依据.Aiming at the characteristics of auto stamping part as complex forming, and many quality problems that frequently occur during practical stamping processes, in this paper taking the auto frontal corner board of back body for example, model of finite element has been created and the processing of the part has been simulated by means of the application of the LS-DYNA. Forming limited drawing (FLD) and thickness drawing has been introduced. FLD is a simple and intuitionistic way that can judge and estimate the formability of sheet metal. The change of thickness in sheet metal forming process has been reflected. Wrinkling and breaking has been forecast and basis in theory has been offered for die design and manufacturing from the analysis results after simulation such as forming limited drawing (FLD) and thickness drawing.
