摘　　要：将CRT示波器和万用表融为一体,实现了仪表的集成化、数字化、自动化和智能化;同时具有体积小、重量轻、便于携带等特点。本文介绍了基于三星公司S3C44B0X芯片实现数字示波表的硬件设计方法。该表具有波形存储、单次信号触发、频率测量、数据存储和一般万用表功能,已得到实际应用。With CRT oscillograph and universal meter melt for an integral whole,realized appearance＇s integrated, digitized and intellectualized of the instrument; And it has the characters of small , light weight and portable at the same time .The design method of hardware of digital oscillograph based on S3C44BOX that is one of the ARM7 series processor owning to samsung is introduced in the paper. The instrument has characters of waveform memory, frequency measure, signal trigger, date memory and the general function of universal meter, and it got actual appliance already.
