泪道激光配合中药治疗鼻泪道阻塞260例临床总结

摘　　要：目的观察激光泪道成形术配合中药治疗鼻泪道阻塞的疗效。方法应用国产Nd—YAG激光治疗机对260例（265眼）鼻泪道阻塞患者进行激光治疗，留置泪道插管，术后中药清热除湿，活血化瘀。结果随访6～12个月，治愈240眼，好转10眼，总有效率94．3％；无效15眼，占5．7％。结论用YAG激光配合中药治疗鼻泪道阻塞操作简便，对组织损伤小，不留瘢痕。其对无炎症的鼻泪道阻塞治疗效果最好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Nd-YAG laser plasty combined with traditional Chinese medicine on nasolacrimal passenge obliteration. Methods 260 cases （265 eyes of lacrimal passage obstruction caused by different reasons） were treated by domestic-made Nd-YAG laser therapy apparatus and lacrimal passage tubes were set appropriately. Traditional Chinese medicine was given after operation in order to reduce fever and promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis. Results In 6-12 months follow-up, it was confirmed that 240 eyes were cured, 10 eyes were improved. In all, the efficacy rate reached 94. 3%. The therapy was ineffective in only 15 eyes （5. 7%）. Conclusion This method is easy, harmless and scarless. It is the first choice for the patients without inflammation.
