摘 要:通过固相接枝的方法,合成了聚乳酸与马来酸酐的接枝共聚物PLA—g—MAH,以改善其与淀粉共混物的相容性。研究了不同的接枝工艺条件对共聚物接枝率的影响,并考察了接枝聚乳酸与淀粉熔融共混物的力学性能和热性能。结果表明,在惰性气体环境中,聚乳酸可以和马来酸酐通过过氧化物引发而发生固相接枝反应。固定PLAl00份,MAH5份(质量比)不变,较好的工艺条件是引发剂用量为0、6份,120℃温度下反应1.4~1、6h。接枝聚乳酸与淀粉熔融共混,改善了聚乳酸和淀粉的相容性,提高了共混物的力学性能。A solid-phase grafting technology for maleic anhydride (MAH) onto Poly (lactic acid) ( PLA ) was studied, and the effect of different factors on the grafting degree was investigated, The properties of a PLA and Starch composite ( PLA/Starch ) and a MAH grafted PLA and Starch composite ( PLA - g - MAH/Starch) were also compared. The results showed that the solid-phase grafting reaction of MAH onto PLA can take place in inert gas atmospheres. When the mass ratio of PLA to MAH is fixed at 100:5, the proper technological condition is at 120℃ for 1.4 - 1.6h in the presence of 0.6 part benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator. The melt co-blended composite of PLA - g - MAH/Starch shows better compatibility between the two phases and mechanical properties were improved compared to PLA and starch composite(PLA/Starch).
