摘  要:通过对1990-2004年间的城市化水平与工业“三废”排放量的定量分析,结果表明:城市化水平与工业废水排放量的耦合曲线呈倒“U”+“U”型,与工业固体废物产生量、废气排放量呈现出“U”的右半部分,并没出现典型的倒“U”型曲线。在经济发展、城市化进程加快的同时,应加强环境制度建设,加大环境保护投资力度,少走或不走“先污染,后治理”的老路,走环境与经济持续协调发展的新型工业化之路。图3,参11。The results of quantitative analysis between urbanization level and industry waste discharge from 1990 - 2004, indicate that, coupling curve of the urbanization level and the industrial waste water discharge presents the inverted "U"-shape plus "U"-shape, and the coupling curves of the solid waste discharge and waste gas discharge are both presenting the right half part of "U"-shape. The typical inversed "U"- shape curve certainly does not appear. While the economy is developing and the urbamzation process is speeding up, we should strengthen the enviromnent system construction, increase the environmental protection investment, and take less or not take the old route of "first pollutes, latter governs" but take the road of new industrialization on the continually coordinated development between environment and economy.
