摘　　要：测定了滇紫草细胞发酵培养过程中细胞生长、色素形成、碳源、氮源、重要无机离子和ｐＨ值的动态变化。This article studied the growth of Onosma Paniculatum suspension cells. The dynamic changes of shikonin formation, sucrose content, NO 3 content, some important inorganic nutritions and pH value of the medium were also observed. The results of this article will be an important reference to design the bioreactor for large scale culture of Onosma Paniculatum cells in the future.
