印染机械几种张力控制方式的应用与比较

摘　　要：介绍了印染机械上几种张力控制方式及磁粉离合器、变频器、伺服控制原理,通过对印染机械三种张力控制方式及其特点的比较,指出在印染机械张力控制中,只有根据工艺控制要求和工作环境合理选用控制方式,才能达到减少维护量和维修成本、提高产品质量的目的。Tension control methods and magnetic-powder clutch, inverters, servo control principle of several dyeing machine were introduced. Through the comparison of three tension control method and it＇s characteristics of the dyeing machine, it was pointed out that the dyeing machine tension control method should be in accordance with the process control requirements and working environment in order to reduce the amount of maintenance effort and maintenance costs, and increase product quality.
