抗挫素质培育:素质教育的一个重要方面

摘　　要：当代人的心理素质不能适应社会进步和发展的需要,最欠缺的是抗挫素质。抗挫素质及其培育正日益受到人们的重视。抗挫素质培育是我国素质教育的重要组成部分,培育青少年良好的的抗挫素质是学校心理素质教育的重要目的。本文分析了青少年抗挫素质缺失含义及其根源,探讨了如何以科学而有效的教育途径培育他们的抗挫素质。Psychology quality of the contemporary persons can＇ t adapt the demand of the society progress and the developments, what to lack most is anti - frustration quality. More and more importance has been attached to anti - frustration quality and its education. Anti - frustration train constitutes an important part of quality education in China. To train adolescence＇ s anti - frustration quality is an important purpose of psychological quality education of schools. This paper, after analyzing the meaning and source of anti - frustration quality＇ s lack for adolescence, explore some scientifically effective educational way in training adolescence＇ s anti - frustration quality.
