国产 TiNi 合金支架治疗恶性食管梗阻(附10例报告)

摘　　要：应用国产ＴｉＮｉ合金支架治疗１０例恶性食管梗阻（其中食管癌８例，贲门癌１例，肺癌纵隔淋巴结转移１例）。所有患者均有严重的吞咽困难。操作过程全部１次成功。吞咽困难积分由置管前的３．６下降至１．０（Ｐ＜０．０１）。术后并发症有胃食管返流、食物嵌塞、肿瘤向腔内生长等，未出现大出血和穿孔。结果表明：ＴｉＮｉ合金支架治疗恶性食管梗阻是一种快速、安全、有效的方法。patients with malignant esophageal obstruction (carcinoma of the esophagus n =8, carcinoma of the cardia n =1, mediastinal lymph node metastasis of lung cancer n =1) were treated with domestic TiNi alloy stents. All had high grade dysphagia. The stents were placed successfully in all patients. The dysphagia score decreased significantly from 3.6 before to 1.0 immediately after stent insertion ( P <0.01). Complications had gastro esophageal reflux symptoms, food impaction, and tumors ingrowth. No one had severe haemorrhage and perforation. Conclusions: the insertion of domestic TiNi alloy stent provides rapid, safe and effective palliation of malignant esophageal obstruction.
