摘 要:通过室内静态模拟实验,研究苦草在不同浓度菲暴露10d后,菲在苦草中的富集以及菲对苦草茎叶中自由基含量、抗氧化系统等生理生化指标的影响.结果表明,苦草对菲的富集量和富集规律在根部和叶部存在较大差异,根和叶部的富集与暴露浓度有很好的剂量-效应关系;低浓度菲显著诱导产生自由基,自由基信号强度与过氧化物酶(POD)活性存在较好的正相关,均先升高后降低;谷胱甘肽系统是较敏感的生物指标,暴露组还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量被显著抑制,氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)含量和谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)活性始终被诱导;脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量随菲浓度的升高而呈增加的趋势,表明菲暴露下苦草已经受到氧化损伤.Under the indoors static simulating conditions, the effects of different phenanthrene concentrations on its accumulation, and free radical content in and antioxidation system of Vallisneria spiralis after 10 days' exposure were studied. The results showed that the capacity and model of V. spiralis accumulating phenanthrene in root and leaf were different, and there was a good dose-effect relation between the phenanthrene contents in root and leaf and the exposure concentration. The signal intensity of free radical was positively related to peroxidase (POD) activity. Free radical and POD were induced at lower concentration of phenanthrene and inhibited at higher concentration. The content of reduced glutathione ( GSH ) was suppressed continuously, the content of oxidized glutathione (GSSG) and the activities of glutathione S-transferase (GST) were induced significantly, and GSH system was sensitive biologic indicator. The MDA contents were increased at higher phenanthrene concentration, which showed the oxidative damage in V. spiralis under phenanthrene exposure.
