摘　　要：分析了目前水泥工业自动化技术的现状,介绍了模糊控制技术在水泥回转窑温度控制中的成功应用,水泥回转窑温度控制过程中DCS的系统结构和应用软件开发。运行结果表明,系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好,能满足生产工艺要求。The current status of automation technology incement industry is analyzed. The successful application of fuzzy control technology in temperature control of decomposition furnace of cement rotating kiln, the system of the DCS for cement rotating kiln production process and the development of the application software are introduced. The operation results show that the system is stable and the control effect is well meeting the requirement of productive technique.
