激光照射并中药治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察激光局部照射治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:将84例口腔溃疡患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,采用激光局部照射并口服中药治疗;对照组42例,单纯用口服中药治疗;结果:治疗组愈显率83.4%;对照组愈显率为66.7%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:激光局部照射治疗口腔溃疡可明显提高疗效,且疗效巩固。ObJective： To observe the clinical eilicacy ot treating recurrent aphthous ulcer with He-Ne laser for local irradiation ; Method： 84 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （42 cases） was treated with He - Ne laser for local irradiation and TCM for oral administration. The control group （42 cases） was treated only with TCM for oral administration. Result： Apparent effectiveness： the combined group was 83.4%, the routine was 66.7% .The combined group and the routine both had obvious difference （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of aphthous ulcer with He - Ne laser for local irradiation could improve the curative effect in evidence;even consolidated.
