高原高寒地区边境反击作战卫勤保障的组织与实施

摘　　要：为认真做好高原高寒地区边境反击作战卫勤保障工作,笔者分析了这些地区卫勤保障存在的主要问题,即:高原病发病率高、卫生防病任务重、伤病员后送困难、地方卫生资源缺乏及药材筹措保障难度大等。针对上述问题,从卫勤保障筹划、指挥、卫生防病、伤病员救治与后送、药材筹措供应等组织与实施进行了分析与研究,提出了卫勤保障的具体措施。这些措施能切实提高高原高寒地区作战的卫勤保障能力,对卫生行政机关有很强的指导意义。For the sake of earnestly accomplished health service and safeguard of PLA which fight the Sino-lndia frontier in the plateau and the colder area,the authors has analyzed some main questions in health services,which included the higher disease incidence rates of plateau sickness, the heaviest duty of health anti-epidemic,the more difficulty work for latter delivery of the patients; the lack of local health resources, the more difficulty organization for medicine and so on. In view of these difficulties, the implementations from the preparation and direction of the health service and safeguard, the health anti-epidemic, the patients＂ treatment and latter deliveries to the collection and supplyment of the medicine have carried on the basis of analysis and research.Above-mentioned measures have very obvious significances to enhance the ability of health service and safeguard,thus have the higher reference value.
