摘　　要：结合阜棉集团ERP实施案例,探讨了中小企业ERP建设的具体措施和步骤,分析了当前企业业务管理方面存在的问题和进销存管理现状,提出了在ERP环境下进销存管理子系统分析方案及其基本架构,描述了企业进销存管理的功能,提出了中小企业管理与技术同步改进的、渐进的ERP实施策略。The solutions and procedures of EEP in small or small sized entei, prises such as Fumian Group are discussed. Analyzing the present problems in the management and the conditions of the supply, distribution and stockpile, put forward the sub-system frame of supply, distrtibution and stockpile in EEP and the strategy of ERP implemented gradually by management and technoogy improved simultaneously.
