摘　　要：干部道德是整个社会道德建设的重要方面。近几年来我国干部队伍中暴露出来的腐败现象,使得干部道德问题成为全社会共同关注的一个焦点。在新的形势下加强干部道德建设对于保持党的先进性、构建社会主义和谐社会、推进全民道德建设和社会风气的好转、发展社会主义市场经济都具有十分重要的现实意义。In recent years, the corruption phenomena among leading cadres highlight the problem of their ideological and moral education under the new situation. Thus, it is believed to be significant to improve the ideological and moral education of leading cadres, so as to maintain party＇s sophistication, to construct harmonious society, to advances overall moral reconstruction and the social convention change for the better, and to develop the socialist market economy.
