支气管动脉灌注化学治疗中晚期中央型肺癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期中央型肺癌的临床疗效。方法采用Seldinger技术行选择性支气管动脉插管对76例中晚期中央型肺癌患者施行支气管动脉灌注化疗。结果治疗1月后复查,疗效CR(完全缓解)13例(17.1%),PR(部分缓解)39例(51.3%),NC(无效)12例(15.8%),PD(进展)7例(9.1%)。缓解率(CR+PR)68.4%,有效率(CR+PR+NC)84.2%;1年、3年生存率分别为63.1%(48/76)、38.1%(29/76)。结论支气管动脉灌注化疗是治疗中晚期中央型肺癌的有效方法之一,能确切提高患者生命质量,适当延长生存期。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bronchial arteriographie infusion chemotherapy on central type advanced stage lung cancer. Methods Seldinger technique was applied to selective bronchial arteriographie infusion chemotherapy on 76 patients with advanced stage central type lung cancer. Results One month re-examination showed that the remission rate was 68.4%, and the effective power was 84.2% （ 13 of complete remission, 39 of partial remission, 12 of noneffective, and 7 of progression of disease）, 1-year, 3-year survival rates were 63. 1% （48/76） , 38. 1% （29/76） respectively. Conclusion Bronchial arteriographie infusion chemotherapy is one of effective methods in treating central type advanced stage lung cancer, which improves patients＇ quality of life and extends their life span.
