摘　　要：针对未来的多种接入网络共存、大量移动性终端接入需求的情况下,分析了移动性管理面临的全新挑战,指出将其作为信息通信网中的单独一门技术进行研究的必要性,阐述了移动性管理的定义和分类。在此基础上,提出了移动性管理的网络参考模型和协议参考模型,对指导4G和未来的移动性管理技术发展具有十分重要的意义。进而,按此模型分析和比较了国内外已有的各种移动性管理技术。最后,指出了未来泛在、异构网络环境下移动性管理所面临的挑战与新课题。The mobility management was considered as a special technology. The newcoming requirements on mobility management brought by the coexistence of heterogeneous access networks and large numbers of mobile terminal were analyzed, Based on the analysis of the definitions and classifications of mobility management, the protocol and network reference models of mobility management were proposed. After discussion and comparison of the existing mobility management technologies according to those models, several challenges to the future mobility management were brought forward.
