不同恶性肿瘤患者红细胞免疫黏附功能变化的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者红细胞免疫黏附功能的变化。方法:检测84例恶性肿瘤患者的肿瘤红细胞花环率(TRR),并与30例正常人进行对照。结果:8例肺癌、13例食道癌、25例胃十二指肠癌、13例胰腺癌和25例结直肠癌的TRR均明显低于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05);食道癌和胃十二指肠癌患者的TRR明显低于肺癌、胰腺癌和结直肠癌患者(P<0.01)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者红细胞免疫黏附功能降低,其中以食道癌和胃十二指肠癌患者尤为明显。Objective To observe the changes various malignant tumors. Methods Tumor red cell of red cell immune adhesive function in patients with rosette test （TRR） was measured in 84 patients with malignant tumors and 30 healthy men as a control group. Results TRR levels were more decreased in malignant tumor groups than those in healthy control group （P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05）. TRR levels were significantly lower in patients with esophageal cancer, gastric and duodenal cancers than those in lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and colorectal cancer （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Red cell immune adhesive function is significantly decreased in patients with malignant tumors. The decrease of red cell immune adhesive function is more remarkable in patients with esophageal cancer, gastric and duodenal cancers than that in patients with some other cancers.
