摘  要:研究了广域量测系统与数据采集与监控系统组成的混合量测系统下的状态估计精度问题。从状态估计的误差方差阵与雅克比矩阵条件数两个方面定量比较了PMU配量前后混合量测系统的状态估计精度变化,提出一种对电网公司实用而且经济的PMU子站建立的新方案。对目前发展中的广域量测系统具有较好的指导意义。The precision of state estimation of hybrid measuring system based on Wide-area Measurement System (WAMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA) has been studied in this paper. From the trace analysis of error covariance matrix of state estimation and condition number of Jacobian matrix of hybrid measuring system, a novel and economic placement scheme of PMUs has also been proposed in this paper. The precision comparison of state estimation between before and after the placement of PMUs has also been given.
