摘　　要：介绍了精品车间的内涵及特点,济钢在各二级单位开展了创建精品车间的工作,通过形成精品车间标准、明确创建流程、创新评价方式、建立六大保障机制,培育形成了一批在基层落实企业发展战略的车间典范,达到了精准管理有效落实、学习创新能力显著提升、团队绩效更加突出等创建效果。The contents and features of elite workshops were introduced. Establishing elite workshops has been ongoing among sub-units in Jinan Steel. By formulating standards of elite workshops, regulating procedure, innovating evaluation method and establishing six guaranteeing systems, some workshops examples implementing enterprises strategies have been growing up, which realizes the goals of practicing precise management, leveraging study and innovation capabilities and outstanding team performance.
