摘　　要：目的:观察Nd:YAG激光辅助治疗老年人慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:将60颗老年患牙根管预备,治疗组用Nd:YAG激光牙科治疗仪器照射数20秒,48h后复诊观察比较治疗组与对照组间的患者主观症状与临床症状。结果:激光治疗组出现不适症状与体症明显少于对照组,两组间差别有显著性。结论:Nd:YAG对消除根尖部的炎症有一定的效果,可以用于辅助治疗老年人慢性根尖周炎。Objective： To observate the clinical effects ofNd： YAG laser for the helpful treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis in the elderly patients. Methods： Root canal of 60 elderly patients＇ teeth were prepared and divided into two groups randomly. Treatment group was irradidted by Nd： YAG laser for 20 seconds, after t hours, the subjective sydroms and clinical sydroms in both froups were observed, Results： The uncomfortable symptoms and the physical sign in the Nd： YAG laser treatment group was significantly fewer than the control group . Conclusion： Nd： YAG laser have certain effects in the elimination of periapical periodontitis, which can help to treat chronic periapical periodontitis in the elderly patients.
