摘　　要：目前,采用以问题为基础的学习(PBL)模式已经成为医学教学改革的重点课题。文章阐述了日本医学院校PBLT模式在口腔教学中应用的背景因素、实施条件和过程、效果评价等设想,为进一步实施提供了理论基础。Medical educational changes associated with changes in teaching and learning methods should become an important role in order to foster qualified practitioners. This paper describes the background, approaches and evaluation of applying PBLT in higher medical schools in Japan to dental anatomy physiology.
