对项目管理理论在酒店委托管理中运用的初步探讨

摘　　要：酒店委托管理(Management Contracts)是国际酒店管理公司的主要经营方式,国际上对酒店委托管理的研究从上世纪80年代开始,但国内有关这方面的创新性研究还很少。运用项目管理理论对酒店委托管理的项目特征、项目生命期及利益相关方进行界定,对项目管理的理论与方法在酒店委托管理中的运用做一初步探讨,以期为酒店委托管理的研究提供一些新的思路。Management Contract is a main operation model of international hotel management companies.The research on management contracts began from 1980s internationally while few study results were released domestically.This article tends to make some initial discussion of the implementation of project management theory on management contracts through clarifying project characteristics,project phase and stakeholders of management contracts.This article expects to supply some new methodology for the study of management contracts.
