摘　　要：大学毕业生的择业价值取向注重个人发展和经济价值,对自我和社会认知不足导致各种心理问题的产生,应积极进行心理咨询和辅导,做好准备迎接挑战。Seniors＇ Value orientation of occupation choice are focused on individual development and economic value. All kinds of mental problems appeared because of insufficient cognition of self and society. Psychological consuiting and psychological guidance must be given to help them prepare to cope with challenges.
