摘　　要：介绍了脱水过滤过程微机监探系统的硬件配置、工作原理、车间操作站的软件设计、以及ＮＴＳ５０型底流浓度自控装置的性能。工业试验结果表明，浓密机底流浓度大于７０％，平均偏差小于２％。The hardware layout, operational principle, softwarc design of a workshop′s operational station and performance of a NTS 50 underflow density automatic controller are described for the microcomputer monitoring system for dewatering and filtration process. The industrial test results have shown that the underflow density of above 70%, a deviation of 2% and obvious energy saving effect can be achieved due to its application.
