摘　　要：世界著名市场调研机构"经济学人智库"每年发布全球数字化准备度排名报告,成为影响各国政府、企业和教育部门制定数字化战略的重要参考指向。本文分析该组织发布的全球数字化学习准备度排名报告,解读其研究方法和结果,探究我国数字化学习准备度表现在全球及亚太地区的位置,对我国数字化学习政策制定及发展提出相关建议。The e-readiness rankings report, published by the Economist Intelligence Unit, was an important reference to make digital development for the governments, corporations and education departments. This paper analyzes the e-learning readiness rankings published by this unit, expatiates the methods and results of the investigation and interprets the rank and state of e-learning readiness of China. It will provide some advice for the development and policies-making of e-learning in China.
