摘 要:目的探讨胃癌与细胞核DNA含量的关系。方法应用图象分析仪检测25例正常胃黏膜及55例胃癌DNA含量。结果胃癌细胞核异倍体占69.1%(38/55),二倍体占30.9%(17/55);正常胃黏膜异倍体占0%(0/25),二倍体占100%(25/25)。DNA倍体与胃癌病人的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.01),与胃癌组织学类型、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及生存期密切相关(P<0.01)。结论采用图象分析仪检测细胞核DNA含量是胃癌诊断及预后的一种重要指标。Objective To evaluate the relationship between gastric cancer and cellular DNA content. Methods DNA content was detected by image analysis methods in normal-gastric mucosa from 25 adults and carcinoma tissue from 55 patients with gastric cancer. Results In gastric cancer group, heteroploid proportion accounts for 69. 1% (38/55) and diploid proportion accounted for 30. 5% (17/55). In health adult,heteroploid proportion accounts for (0/25) and diploid accounted for 100% (25/25). DNA ploids had no correlation with gender,age and tumor size ( P 〉 0. 01 ). DNA ploids had correlation with histological grade, TNM stage, lymphatic lymphatic metastasis and survival time (P〈0.01). Conclusion The method of image analysis of DNA content is an important index in diagnosis and prognosis for gastric cancer.
