DenverⅡ发育筛查量表的上海标准化及其相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的研制新的上海市DenverⅡ发育常模,使儿童保健监测手段能适应社会发展的需要。方法采用定额样本,整群分层随机抽取0～6.5岁的上海市常住户口的正常健康儿童进行发育测定,以及问卷调查。完成人数2826名,分布于75个年龄组,男女分别为1414名和1412名。结果用SAS软件包进行Logistic回归,依次对125个项目逐条求解其回归方程,建立相应的拟合曲线,确定25%、50%、75%和90%的通过年龄,对问卷内容采用逐步回归分析对每条项目的影响,相关因素分析显示具有显著意义的因素主要集中在母亲孕期接触电脑、母亲孕期患病、性别、儿童患病情况、儿童的集散居情况等。结论①制定上海丹佛Ⅱ儿童发育量表;②上海与丹佛儿童发育比较中,揭示种族差异、社会文化背景、养育方法、经济状况的不同导致两国儿童发育上存在着明显的差异。[Objective] To research the new model about DenverⅡ Developmental Screening Test（DDST） in Shanghai,making the moniter means about child health care suit to the demand of the society development. [Methods] The children were located through the Shanghai Department of Social Services. There were 2 826 children between 0- 6.5 years in 75 age groups be investigated,include 1 414 boys and 1 412 girls. [Results] The data were analyzed by Logistic regression of SAS software to determine the ages at which the children tested passed each of the items. A large number of observations per item were availabe for imitation bend line, the analysis made it possible to determine when 25 %, 50 %, 75 % and 90% passing age of each item. These passing ages were compared with those of children＇s ages in Denver. The relative contribution of pregnant women contact with computer, illness of pregnant women,illness of childhood and incidendcence factors in these items. [Conclusions ] （1） DDST has been administered in the standardized manner in Shanghai ; （2）To compare children development in Shanghai With that in Denver,which explore that different tribes,background of cultures and different financial condition result in significant difference of children＇s growth between two nations.
