摘 要:采用一种新型的液膜技术——中空纤维更新液膜技术(HFRLM),以30%N235(三辛/癸基叔胺)/20%正辛醇/煤油为液膜相,NaOH溶液为反萃剂,从稀溶液中提取柠檬酸。结果表明,中空纤维更新液膜技术可实现对柠檬酸的同步分离和浓缩,提取率达98%以上,浓缩倍数可达9倍以上,表明该技术在柠檬酸稀溶液提取方面具有广阔的应用前景。A new liquid membrane technique, called hollow fiber liquid membrane (HFRLM), was used for extraction of citric acid from dilute solutions with 30% N235 /20% n-octanol/kerosene as solvent phase and NaOH as stripping phase. Results showed that HFRLM could carry out the simultaneous extraction and concentration processes in the same stage, the extraction efficiency was higher than 98%, and the concentrated factor was over 9. It is indicated that HFRLM technique had a good prospect for application in the extraction of citric acid from dilute solutions.
