摘 要:104国道五河淮河公路大桥主桥是一座60 m+4×90 m+60 m带挂孔的预应力混凝土T型刚构桥,T构采用变高度单箱双室截面,主桥下部结构为钢筋混凝土空心墩。由于设计标准较低和运营时间较久等原因,该桥出现了箱梁顶板、横隔板严重开裂,桥面铺装层老化、伸缩装置损坏、主桥墩下表层混凝土碳化严重等病害。针对上述病害提出了相应的维修加固设计方案,维修加固运营后的观测证明,加固效果令人满意。Wuhe Huaihe River Bridge of 104 National Road is a prestressed concrete T-Frame bridge with cantilever aperture, it is a six-spans beam of 60 m+4×90 m+60 m. The T-Frame is height changed box beam, the main bridge substructure is steel concrete hollowness pier. Because of the lower design standard and longer service stage, there are plenty of diseases on the bridge. For example, the roof of box girder and diaphragm have many cracks, bridge deck overlay is age, the expansion devices are breakage, the lower surface concrete of main bridge pier is carbonization badly. On the basis of analyzing the reason of the diseases, the method of reinforcement is put forward. Through the reinforcement and the observation after service, the result is good and may be the reference of other similar old bridges.
