摘 要:通过显微组织观察、X射线衍射分析和电子探针分析测定Al-4Mg-Sc-Zr四元系富Al角430℃等温截面的相关系。结果表明:在扩大的Al-4Mg-Sc-Zr四元430℃等温截面图中存在一个单相区、两个双相区和一个三相区。具有L12型结构的Al3Sc1-0.5Zr0-0.5相和具有DO23型结构的Al3Zr1-0.8Sc0-0.2相与α(Al)固溶体在平衡状态下共存,其中Zr在Al3Sc中的最大溶解度可达12.5%(原子分数),在Al3Zr中最多可溶解5.0%(原子分数)的Sc。The phase relations in the Al-4Mg-Sc-Zr quaternary system in the Al-rich region at 430 ℃ were determined by means of equilibrium alloys with the use of micro-structural,X-ray diffraction analysis and electron probe microanalysis.The results showed that there were one single-phase field,two double-phase fields and one triple-phase field in the enlarging isothermal section of the Al-4Mg-Sc-Zr system in the Al-rich range at 430 ℃.It was established that the phase Al3Sc1-0.5Zr0-0.5 with L12 structure and Al3Zr1-0.8Sc0-0.2 with DO23 structure were in equilibrium with the α-solid solution.The maximum solid solubility of Zr in Al3Sc was about 12.5% and the maximum one of Sc in Al3Zr was about 5.0%.
