E2F-2与p38在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌组织中E2F-2与p38的表达及其与临床病理分期、组织分级和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测71例术后乳腺癌标本和20例癌旁正常乳腺组织E2F-2与p38的表达。结果E2F-2与p38在乳腺癌组的表达高于正常组(P<0.05),E2F-2的表达与乳腺癌分期、淋巴结转移有关,与分级、年龄无关;p38的表达与临床分期、组织分级、淋巴结转移有关,与年龄无关。结论乳腺癌患者E2F-2与p38高表达提示预后不良。Objective To study the relationship between expression of E2F-2 and p38 in tissues of breast eancer and their pathologieal types,histologieal grade,prognosis. Methods Samples of 71 breast eaneer tissues and 20 paratumor tissues were examined with the immunohistochemieal staining（SP）for expression of E2F-2 and p38 proteins. Results The expression of E2F-2 and p38 in tissues of breast eaneer was higher than normal breast tlssues.The expression of E2F-2 had a relationship with elinieal stages and lymph transfer ,and was not related to elassifieation of histodifferentiation and age. The expression of p38 had a relationship with elinieal stages, elassifieation of histodifferentiation and lymph transfer ,and was not related to age. Conclusion The high expression of E2F-2 and p38 indieates a bad prognosis.
