摘　　要：目的:探讨微小染色体维持蛋白2(MCM2)在非小细胞肺癌的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测72例非小细胞肺癌组织中MCM2的表达,分析MCM2的表达与组织学分型、临床分期及分化程度的相关性。结果:MCM2表达强弱与非小细胞肺癌的组织学分型相关,鳞癌MCM2表达标记指数中位数与腺癌及大细胞癌相比有显著差异(P<0.01);MCM2表达强弱与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度密切相关,分化越低,表达越明显(P<0.01);MCM2表达强弱与非小细胞肺癌的临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论:作为细胞增殖特异性标记物,MCM2的表达与非小细胞肺癌的临床病理特征密切相关。Objective ：To study the expression of minichromosome maintenance protein 2 （MCM2） in the non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and the relationship with the clinical features. Methods：The imunohistochemical expression of MCM2 in 72 NSCLC specimens and it＇s association with histology, pathologic stage and differentiation grade were analyzed. Results：The expression of MCM2 were associated with histology of NSCLC, the expression of MCM2 in squamous carcinomas was higher than that in large cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma （P〈0. 01）; the expression of MCM2 were associated with differentiation grade of NSCLC, the poorer differentiation, the lower expression （P〈0. 01）; the expression of MCM2 weren＇t associated with pathologic stage （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：As a specific cell proliferation marker, the expression of MCM2 is significantly associated with the clinical features of NSCLC.
