摘　　要：An antagonistic peptide,H16,produced by endophytic Bacillus subtilis B-001 was purified via ammonium sulphate precipitation,DEAE-Sepharose FF chromatography,FPLC Phenyl FF chromatography and HPLC C18 chromatography.The peptide showed strong antagonistic activity to Ralstonia solanacearum.LC-ESI-MS analysis showed molecular weight of the peptide was 7 367.4 Da,which was the same with that by SDS-PAGE.It was thermostable and not sensitive to proteinases.An antagonistic peptide, H16, produced by endophytic Bacillus subtilis B-001 was purified via ammonium sulphate precipitation, DEAE-Sepharose FF chromatography, FPLC Phenyl FF chromatography and HPLC C18 chromatography.
