摘 要:本文就3种流态化热处理炉型的结构和温度特性作了对比试验。结果表明,燃气内热式流态化热处理炉具有最快的升温特性,而混合供热流态化炉具有最安全的使用操作性能和较快的升温速度,综合特性最佳。Experiments were made to compare the temperature characteristics in three kinds of fluidized heat treatment furnace in this paper The results showed that internal heating (with fuel gas) fluidized furnace has the fastest temperature rising rate The furnace with internal and external heating resources can be operated safely and has a relatively fast temperature rising rate, so this kind of furnace is possessed of the best comprehensive property
