摘　　要：从本单位实例出发，围绕加强企业管理，管理出效益问题，对研究所用人、提高产品质量、开发新产品、降低成本和抓好销售五个环节进行了探讨。实践表明：研究所做的改革工作是基本成功的，企业连续几年获得了较好的经济效益。Taking the institute as an example, for increasing enterprise's effect, thepaper discusses strengthening enterprise management under the following headings: personnel administration, product quality, new product development, opreation cost and market.Practice indicates that the institute has made a successful reform of above mentioned pointswith a great economic benefit for several succession years.
