摘　　要：企业的竞争已经从产品的竞争转向以流程为核心的竞争,提升组织的适应能力要求组织结构能够敏捷、动态地进行组合和配置,对流程进行管理.模块化组织是组织网络结构的基本构成,协调是流程的核心,是模块化组织的根本内涵.基于对模块化组织模式的基本区分及对模块化组织活动过程的描述,提出一个比较全面的模块化组织协调机制的概念框架.With the competition turning from product-focused to process-focused, an agile and dynamic organizational structure is required to improve the adaptability. Modular organization is the basic component of organizational network and coordination is the core of process in organization. Corresponding to the possible organizational forms of modular organization, there are three basic principles for coordination between modular organizations. Based on these studies, it makes a detailed analysis about the coordination mechanism among modular organizations.
